Wed Group Runs from Norwich - Billy Wilson’s in Norwich on Wednesday nights with a 10k and a 5k at 6:00 PM. Walkers are also welcomed. This run is year round and we receive a free draft beer and dollar off any after. Contact: Al Phillips (860-449-1314)
Thursday Night Runs in Groton
Weekly Thursday evening group runs from Sneeker's Cafe in Groton beginning at 6pm. Distance/speed up to those who attend. Group usually goes out on parts of the old Sneeker's Run course. Contact: Al Phillips (860-449-1314). Remember, Strider members get discounted goodies at Sneeker's after the run.

When: Thursdays - July 7th through August 25
6:30 - 1/2 Mile Run (children under 6 yrs. must be accompanied by adult)
6:45 - 1-Mile Run (children under 6 yrs. must be accompanied by adult)
7:00 - 3-Mile Run: a timed event (children under 12 yrs. must be accompanied by adult)

Runner-to-Runner contact list: In response to feedback from members who can't make the set weekly runs but would like to hook up with other members to coordinate times/locations to run together, we've started a Runner-to-Runner email list. The concept is simple - you provide your email address to the coordinator at email@example.com and your email address is added to the list. Someone on the list will send out a request for others to join up for a run time/location (normally weekly) and you can respond if you're interested. It's as simple as that. One requirement - to be on the list you must be a member. For safety, all on the list are encouraged to ensure you know who you'll be running with before you go
